2026.07.13
Attio Integration
Attio teams had no path into a parallel dialer. Now any Attio list is a call list.
Import the list, dial it, and the activity flows back to Attio as it happens — dispositions, notes, and recordings against the right record.
How to use
Connect Attio once at the team level. Admins map Attio users to Salesfinity reps in the integration's user-mapping tab, so calls are attributed to the person who made them.

The Thinking Panel
The step feed showed what the Companion was doing. This shows why.
A live panel streams the reasoning as it forms, alongside a plan checklist that fills in as steps complete. You can follow the approach while it's still changeable, instead of auditing it afterwards.

2026.07.06
Spreadsheet Column Controls
People arrive at a table with spreadsheet muscle memory. The column header now does what they expect it to: sort, filter, pin to the left, hide entirely.
Also shipped
Live per-column progress while enrichment runs
Compact currency formatting for funding and revenue columns
Clickable CRM, LinkedIn, and website links in cells

2026.07.05
Salesforce Sandbox
Testing a Salesforce configuration against production data is a bad idea that teams do anyway, because it was the only option.
Sandbox is now a distinct connection. Validate your field mapping, task configuration, and write-back behavior somewhere safe, then move to production when it's right.

2026.07.01
Live Step Feed
Agents that work silently for ninety seconds feel broken, even when they're working perfectly.
The Companion now streams its steps as it goes. You can see what it's doing, and stop it early if it's heading somewhere you didn't intend.

2026.06.28
The Canvas Opens as a Split
An overlay forces a choice between the thing you asked for and the thing you were doing. A split doesn't.
The canvas now opens as a panel next to your work, so you can keep the list and the conversation on screen at the same time.

2026.06.27
Sourcing in the Companion
Building a list meant a form with filters. Describing what you want is faster, and the Companion can now do the whole job in conversation.
Results don't arrive as a wall of chat text. They render as a real table on the canvas — sortable, clickable, and exportable to the dialer.

2026.06.23
Profile Drawer
A row in a table tells you a name and a title. Deciding whether to call needs more than that.
Clicking a row opens a drawer with the full profile — work history, education, company detail, and company logos — then closes and puts you back exactly where you were.

2026.06.22
Research the Web Columns
Some qualifying questions have no field anywhere — whether a company just opened a second location, whether they're hiring for a role that implies your product.
Toggle Research the web on a column and the answer gets found and cited per row. It's opt-in per column, so you decide where the extra depth is worth it.
Also shipped
Saved column views — apply your team's column setup to any new search
Export to the dialer without waiting on phone enrichment

2026.06.20
Dynamic Columns
Lists used to come with whatever fields they came with. If you needed to know something else, you went and found it manually, one prospect at a time.
Now you describe the column you want and it gets filled for the whole list. The list becomes a working dataset you shape, rather than a fixed export you regenerate.
Also shipped
Dynamic columns render in CSV export
Custom column values export to the dialer as custom fields

2026.06.20
Living Lists
Every prospecting list starts decaying immediately. People change jobs, companies change shape, and the list you built in March is quietly wrong by May.
Living lists refresh on their own, so what you dial reflects the world as it is now rather than as it was when you hit search.

2026.06.12
Saved Views in Reporting
Managers tend to check the same three slices every morning and rebuild them by hand every time. Save them once instead.

2026.06.07
Readable HubSpot Cards
A CRM card showing an owner id and a pipeline id is a card nobody reads. Owners now resolve to names, and deal stages and pipelines resolve to their labels.

2026.05.10
Post-Session Recap
A dialing session used to end the way it started — abruptly, with nothing to show for the last two hours except a longer call log.
Sessions now close with a recap: what the rep achieved, and a Run It Back prompt to go again while the rhythm is still there.

2026.05.06
Auto Listen Mode
Coaching works when you hear the call, not when you read about it afterwards.
Auto Listen Mode puts you into a teammate's connect as it goes live, so good calls get heard while they're happening and a struggling rep gets help in the moment rather than in next week's review.

Video pops out into a floating window while you keep working

2026.05.06
Noise Cancellation by Default
A sales floor is a loud room. Noise cancellation is now on by default for every Salesfloor call, so a prospect hears the rep instead of the floor.
April 28, 2026

2026.04.28
Gmail Activity on Contacts
You can't judge whether to call someone without knowing what's already been sent to them.
Gmail email activity now appears in the contact's unified timeline alongside calls and notes, with full message bodies on recent threads so you can read the actual exchange rather than a subject line.
April 26, 2026

2026.04.26
Lemlist in the Dialer
Lemlist now behaves like the other sequencers in the dialer. Pick a sequence action after a call, end a lead in sequence, and have the disposition, notes, and recording written back to the completed task.
Also shipped
Import due call tasks from the contact list modal
Job title, icebreaker, and company domain come through on import
April 22, 2026

2026.04.22
Searchable Transcripts
Transcripts are only useful if you can find the part you're looking for.
Search a transcript, step through matches with next and previous, and click any timestamp to jump the recording to that second. Notes support markdown.

2026.04.19
Inline Editing with CRM Write-Back
A rep learns something true on a call — a corrected title, a direct line, a new decision maker. If updating that means opening the CRM in another tab, it doesn't get updated.
Contact fields are now editable in place, and the edit writes back to the connected system. No double entry, no drift between the dialer and the CRM.
April 12, 2026

2026.04.12
Custom Fields in the Dialer
Your custom fields carry the context that decides who to call first. They were invisible in the dialer table.
Now they're columns. Filter on them, search them, and drag the table into whatever order suits how you work.
April 4, 2026

2026.04.04
Split-Pane Contact View
The old contact record put everything behind tabs, which meant clicking between them mid-call to answer a question you should already be able to see.
The record is now a split-pane workspace. Details, activity, and call history sit in parallel columns — the whole picture of a prospect, visible at once.
This was the largest interface change of the year, and everything shipped through April builds on it.

2026.03.24
Team AI Settings
Default AI output sounds like default AI output. Teams that sell in a specific voice need the drafts and summaries to match it.
A settings tab now controls that at the team level, so every rep's output follows the same guidance instead of each person prompting their way there.
Also shipped
Remove a member from your team directly in People settings

2026.03.02
Salesforce Task Import
Every Salesforce org models call tasks differently, which is why generic task import never quite works.
Admins now configure which task fields their org actually uses. Reps then pull their due call tasks into a dialing session that respects that configuration.
How to use
Set your task field mapping once in admin settings. From then on, reps import from the contact list modal like any other source.

2026.02.20
Ask AI on a Contact
Thirty seconds before a call is the worst time to go reading a CRM record. Ask the question instead and get the answer in a sentence.
February 18, 2026

2026.02.18
AI Drafts
A good call is worth very little if the follow-up email takes twenty minutes to write.
AI Drafts writes the follow-up from what actually happened on the call. Regenerate it, edit it, send it — all from the sidebar, without breaking your dialing rhythm.
February 13, 2026

2026.02.13
Task Completion Write-Back
If a rep dials a task in Salesfinity, the task should close in the sequencer. It does now — for both Outreach and Salesloft, without a second pass through the other tool.
February 11, 2026

2026.02.11
Call Logging Routes to Your CRM
Calls placed outside an imported list used to be a dead end — logged in Salesfinity, invisible in your CRM.
Manual calls, calls from CSV lists, and follow-ups now route through the same logging path as everything else. One system of record, not two.
February 1, 2026

2026.02.01
Salesloft Cadence Import
Salesloft cadences now import as call lists, including the individual steps. Reps dial the calls due today without rebuilding the cadence by hand.
Also shipped
Salesforce imports raised to 2,000 records per pull
January 27, 2026

2026.01.27
Follow-Up Tasks from the Call Log
The moment you know a follow-up is needed is the moment you're logging the call. Now you can create it right there, with the date and time you want, and move on.
January 22, 2026

2026.01.22
AI Call Summaries
The gap between calls is where notes go to die. Reps either write them and lose momentum, or keep dialing and lose the detail.
Calls now carry an automatic summary of what was discussed. Edit it if you want, or leave it — either way the record exists.
January 20, 2026

2026.01.20
List Performance
Not all lists are worth calling, and most teams find that out three weeks too late.
The List Performance tab scores lists against what they actually returned, so you can retire a bad list early instead of grinding through it.
January 15, 2026

2026.01.15
Connect Rate Analytics
Dial counts tell you how hard a team is working. Connect rates tell you whether the work is landing.
The new analytics area breaks connect rate down across your team so you can see where conversations are actually happening — and where dials are disappearing into voicemail.
January 12, 2026

2026.01.12
Inbound Calling
Until now Salesfinity was strictly outbound. If a prospect called back, that conversation happened somewhere else — and never made it into your history.
Inbound calls now ring inside the app. A banner surfaces the call wherever you are, and an incoming call panel gives you the context on who's calling before you pick up.
Why it matters
Callbacks are the warmest conversations you get. They now land in the same place as everything else, logged and attributed like any other call.

2026.01.06
Call Forwarding
Reps aren't always at their desk when a prospect calls back. Call forwarding sends those calls to a number you choose, so a callback doesn't go to voicemail because someone stepped away.
How to use
Turn forwarding on in your settings and set the destination number. It applies to your line only, so each rep controls their own.
