Is this the same as AI Training?
AI Coaching replaces AI Training with an all-new experience: a daily plan for every rep, practice calls with feedback in about a minute, training plans for new hires, and a Team view for managers. Your team’s existing practice calls carry over.
Can I customize the scorecard?
Yes. Name and weight the skills to match how your team sells, choose which calls get scored (by default, calls over a minute that a person answered), and set the score a practice call needs to pass.
Do reps see their own scores?
Yes. Every rep sees where they stand on real calls, next to the team and the top rep. Practice is private: managers see how often reps practice and their best scores, and hear an attempt only when a rep submits it.
