The basics

  • What is Salesfinity?

Salesfinity is an AI-powered calling platform for B2B sales teams. It combines an AI parallel dialer, data enrichment, AI coaching and training, and an AI Companion in one system that integrates natively with your CRM and sales stack. More than 300 outbound teams use Salesfinity to have more live conversations and book more meetings.

  • What is an AI parallel dialer?

An AI parallel dialer is software that calls several prospects at once, automatically filters out voicemails, busy signals, and unanswered calls, and connects the sales rep only when a real human picks up. The AI does the listening; the rep does the talking — which is why teams using one have several times more live conversations per hour than teams dialing manually.

  • What's the difference between a parallel dialer and a power dialer?

A power dialer calls one number at a time from a list, automating the dialing but still making the rep sit through every ring and voicemail. A parallel dialer calls multiple numbers simultaneously and routes only answered calls to the rep. In practice, a power dialer saves fingers; a parallel dialer saves hours.

  • Do prospects notice they're on a parallel-dialed call?

Not on Salesfinity. The tell prospects notice is the connection pause — the beat of dead air before a rep arrives. Salesfinity connects at a 400ms median, faster than a natural pause in conversation, so the rep's first word lands like any normal call.

  • Is parallel dialing legal?

Parallel dialing is legal for B2B outreach in most jurisdictions when used with compliant practices — accurate caller ID, respect for do-not-call regulations, and applicable consent rules. Salesfinity supports compliance with registered, attested caller IDs and DNC list support, and teams remain responsible for following the regulations in the regions they call.

  • What is a good connect rate for cold calling?

Most B2B teams see cold-call connect rates in the low single digits — often 2–5%. Well-run teams on Salesfinity typically reach 15–20 live connects per rep per day, and customers have publicly reported connect rates around 9%. Connect rate is driven by three things: data quality, caller-ID health, and calling at the right times — which is why Salesfinity treats all three as product features.

  • Who is Salesfinity for?

Salesfinity is built for B2B outbound teams — SDRs, BDRs, account executives, and the managers who run them — from a five-seat pod to a full sales floor. It's used across B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, recruiting, and any team whose pipeline starts with a phone call.

The dialer

  • How many lines does Salesfinity dial at once?

Salesfinity dials up to 5 lines in parallel. The right number depends on your list quality and connect rate — the goal is a steady stream of live conversations without ever making a prospect wait.

  • Are dials really unlimited?

Yes — every Salesfinity plan includes unlimited dials, subject to fair-usage terms designed to prevent abuse, not to cap normal outbound teams.

  • How fast does Salesfinity connect a rep when someone answers?

Salesfinity connects reps at a 400 millisecond median — faster than a natural conversational pause. By the time the prospect finishes saying hello, the rep is already mid-greeting.

  • What is the Virtual Salesfloor?

The Virtual Salesfloor is a live shared room where your team dials together: reps call in group blocks, booked meetings appear in front of everyone in real time, and managers can listen to any call, whisper advice only the rep hears, or drop battle cards mid-conversation. It rebuilds the energy of a physical sales floor for remote and hybrid teams.

  • Can managers listen to live calls?

Yes — managers can listen to any live call on the Salesfloor, whisper to the rep without the prospect hearing, and send battle cards during the conversation.

  • Does Salesfinity work for international calling?

Yes — Salesfinity provides local phone numbers in more than 120 countries, so reps show up with local presence in every market they call. International calling is included on the Enterprise Plus plan.

  • What happens to calls nobody answers?

Unanswered calls, voicemails, and busy signals are filtered and logged automatically — dispositions sync to your CRM without the rep touching anything, and the system uses those outcomes to keep improving number rankings and call timing.

Phone numbers & spam prevention

  • Will my phone numbers get flagged as spam?

Preventing spam flags is a core Salesfinity product, not a setting. SmartRotate automatically rotates caller IDs before their reputation degrades, SmartGuard keeps every number carrier-registered with STIR/SHAKEN attestation, and Boss Mode validates numbers before dialing so bad data never damages a caller ID. If a carrier flags a clean number anyway, remediation is automatic.

  • What is SmartRotate?

SmartRotate is Salesfinity's automatic caller-ID rotation system. It cycles your team's phone numbers ahead of reputation decay — before spam filters would flag them — with no manual monitoring required.

  • What is STIR/SHAKEN attestation and why does it matter?

STIR/SHAKEN is the caller-ID authentication framework US carriers use to verify that a call really comes from the number it claims. Salesfinity keeps caller IDs registered and A-attested — the highest trust level — which is a major factor in whether calls display normally instead of as 'Spam Likely.'

  • What does 'Spam Likely' do to connect rates?

It roughly ends them — most prospects never answer a call labeled 'Spam Likely,' regardless of how good the rep or the offer is. That's why number health (rotation, registration, attestation, validation) matters as much as dialing speed for real-world connect rates.

  • Can I use my existing phone numbers?

Talk to us about number porting and bring-your-own-number options — during onboarding we'll review what's possible for your team, numbers, and calling regions.

Data & enrichment

  • What is SmartEnrich?

SmartEnrich is Salesfinity's waterfall enrichment engine. It runs each contact through 7+ data providers to find and verify mobile phone numbers, filling the gaps any single provider leaves. Uniquely, the waterfall is ranked by real dial outcomes — providers whose numbers produce live conversations move up; providers whose numbers produce dead lines move down or out.

  • How accurate is Salesfinity's phone data?

Salesfinity operates at roughly 86% accuracy with 87% coverage — the highest accuracy ratio at scale-level coverage in the category. The two numbers must be read together: vendors quoting 95%+ accuracy almost always achieve it by filtering out low-confidence contacts, which quietly drops coverage to 40–50% of your list.

  • What does enrichment cost?

SmartEnrich costs $0.30 per valid phone number — you're only charged when the waterfall actually finds a valid number, never for lookups that come up empty. Enterprise Plus includes 200 credits per user per month; Gold and Enterprise customers buy credit packs as needed.

  • What is Boss Mode?

Boss Mode is live phone-number validation. It checks every number — line type, carrier, reachability — in the moment before the dial, so disconnected numbers and landlines never waste a dial slot or damage your caller-ID reputation.

  • Where does Salesfinity's phone data come from?

From the same pool of upstream data providers the whole industry uses — there is no secret stash of phone numbers. The difference is methodology: Salesfinity scores every provider against real dial outcomes across millions of calls and continuously re-ranks its waterfall, which no standalone data vendor can do because they never see what happens after the number is sold.

Integrations & platform

  • Which CRMs does Salesfinity integrate with?

Salesfinity integrates natively and bidirectionally with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, and more — dispositions, recordings, notes, and next steps sync the moment a call ends. It also integrates with sales engagement platforms including Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, and Amplemarket.

  • Does Salesfinity log calls automatically?

Yes — every dial, disposition, recording, and outcome lands in your CRM automatically when the call ends. No end-of-day manual logging.

  • How many integrations does Salesfinity have?

Salesfinity connects with 100+ tools across CRMs and sales engagement platforms. Beyond the directory, the open API, MCP server, and webhooks connect anything with an API.

  • Does Salesfinity have an API?

Yes — Salesfinity has a client API, webhooks, and an MCP server (mcp.salesfinity.ai) that lets AI agents and tools like Claude work with your calling data directly. Documentation lives at docs.salesfinity.ai.

  • What is the Salesfinity MCP server?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) server lets AI assistants and agents connect to Salesfinity — pulling call data, managing lists, and triggering workflows — using the open MCP standard. Connect with: claude mcp add --transport http salesfinity https://mcp.salesfinity.ai/mcp

AI Coaching & Training

  • How does AI call scoring work?

Every call is scored automatically the moment it ends, across dimensions like intro, discovery, pitch, objection handling, tonality, and call-to-action. Each score comes with timestamped evidence from the transcript and one specific improvement recommendation — a diagnosis with receipts, not just a grade.

  • What is AI Training?

AI Training builds practice personas from your team's real calls — your market's actual objections, brush-offs, and gatekeepers — and lets reps roleplay against them at set difficulty levels. Practice calls are scored on the same rubric as live calls, so new reps ramp on your market before your market meets them. AI Training is included on Enterprise Plus.

  • Can reps see their own call scores?

Yes — reps see their scores, the timestamped evidence, and the recommendations. Coaching moves faster when the feedback isn't a surprise in the 1:1.

  • How do managers know which reps need coaching?

AI Reporting turns every scored call into an SDR 360 view per rep — trends, strengths, and gaps — plus team benchmarking and objection trends across all calls. Managers walk into the week knowing who needs help, on what, with the example call already found.

AI Companion

  • What is the AI Companion?

The AI Companion is an AI agent that works for your reps across your connected apps: building lists, reviving closed-lost deals, monitoring the market for triggers, and executing CRM updates, calendar invites, and follow-ups from plain-English instructions. Reps direct the work instead of doing the clicking. It's available as an add-on on every plan.

  • Is the AI Companion an AI SDR?

No — an AI SDR impersonates reps in front of prospects. The Companion works behind the scenes for your human reps: it does the work around the conversation so a human can make the conversation. The phone stays the human channel.

  • Does the Companion take actions without approval?

Your rules decide. Actions can run automatically or queue for one-tap approval — most teams start with approvals on and loosen as trust builds.

Pricing & plans

  • How much does Salesfinity cost?

The Gold plan is $299 per user per month, self-serve — sign up on the website and start dialing the same day. Enterprise plans are custom-priced, billed annually, and add team management, AI coaching, reporting, and dedicated success.

  • Is there a free trial?

Yes — you can start a free trial from the website without talking to sales.

  • What's the difference between Enterprise and Enterprise Plus?

Enterprise is the team layer: user management, AI Coaching, Salesfloor, AI Reporting, a dedicated CSM, and support SLAs. Enterprise Plus adds the pieces with real underlying cost — international calling, included SmartEnrich credits (200/user/month), and AI Training. The split means domestic-only teams never subsidize international telephony.

  • What are AE seats?

AE seats are reduced-rate seats for account executives and other light callers, available on Enterprise plans. Closers get full platform access without paying full-dial-volume prices — so the whole revenue team lives in one system.

  • Why is Enterprise annual-only?

Enterprise includes dedicated success resources, white-glove onboarding, and SLAs — an investment on both sides that an annual partnership makes work. Gold stays monthly and self-serve by design.

  • Can I buy a single seat?

Yes — Gold seats are individual workspaces at $299/user/month, purchasable self-serve. Team features (invites, permissions, multi-team) live in Enterprise.

Security & compliance

  • Is Salesfinity secure?

Yes — Salesfinity is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliant, with a public trust center at trust.salesfinity.ai where security teams can review controls, policies, and documentation before purchase.

  • Is Salesfinity GDPR compliant?

Yes — Salesfinity is GDPR compliant and provides a Data Processing Addendum.

  • How does call recording consent work?

Call recording laws vary by region — some require one-party consent, others all-party. Salesfinity gives teams control over recording behavior, and customers are responsible for configuring it to match the laws where they call.

  • Where can my security team review Salesfinity before we buy?

At trust.salesfinity.ai — the public trust center with certifications, subprocessors, and security documentation. Procurement teams can run their full vendor review before the first sales call if they want to.

  • How fast is Salesfinity's support?

The median first response is 2 minutes 17 seconds. Salesfinity's NPS is 77 — from the teams who use it daily.
