SOVRA is a SaaS platform selling into industries with large, distributed ICPs. Outbound calling plays a central role in its go-to-market strategy, with BDRs responsible for reaching the right titles, qualifying prospects, and passing high-quality opportunities to AEs.
We spoke with Eduard Vargulich, Business Development Representative at SOVRA, about how Salesfinity became fundamental to his workflow and helped him ramp quickly in his first official SDR/BDR role.
The challenge
When Eduard joined SOVRA, he knew cold calling would be at the core of his role. While email and LinkedIn had their place, he quickly realized that direct conversations drove the highest conversion rates.
“Cold calling is the core. You can send emails and do LinkedIn, but the best conversion comes from directly connecting with the person, finding out their needs, and solving for them on a call.”
Like many new reps, he was stepping into a numbers-driven environment where activity volume mattered.
“Sales felt like a numbers game. You hear that for every 100 calls, you might get one meeting, but getting to 100 calls without a parallel dialer is pretty hard. It takes a lot more time to dial one by one.”
With large ICP lists and a need to consistently reach decision-makers, scaling outbound manually would have been extremely time-consuming and inefficient.
The solution
Salesfinity was already the primary dialer at SOVRA when Eduard arrived, and it quickly became the backbone of his outbound motion. As his first real exposure to a parallel dialer, it helped him internalize high-volume outbound while staying prepared for live conversations.
“Salesfinity was the primary dialer, and it was the first parallel dialer I really learned. It definitely helps you streamline your workflow and do volume.”
By allowing him to call multiple people at once and surfacing all relevant context instantly, Salesfinity reduced friction right before connection.
“I typically call three people at a time, and you have all their names, titles, and companies. As soon as you connect, you’re ready to go.”
This made it realistic for him to consistently reach high daily activity levels.
“It makes it easy for me to get over 200 calls a day, no problem.”
The impact
Beyond volume, Salesfinity helped Eduard become more intentional about when and how he called.
For his ICP, timing, territory, and enrichment are critical, especially in industries like construction.
“You need to get to the right person, the right title, the right area, and call at the right times.”
Salesfinity’s analytics became a core feedback loop, helping him identify patterns and optimize outreach windows.
“The analytics do a good job of showing you when your best times to call are. From the past couple of weeks, Wednesday at 2 p.m. might be your best time, and sometimes I actually look forward to those Wednesday calls.”
He also used weekly metrics to understand fluctuations in performance rather than guessing.
“I like looking at metrics and data points, comparing weeks where connect rates are 11–12% versus weeks where they drop to 5–6%, and understanding if it’s because of holidays or seasonality.”
Workflow acceleration
Salesfinity supported Eduard’s qualification-heavy approach by removing friction from setup and execution, allowing him to spend more time on discovery and problem-solving.
“When I get someone on the phone, there still needs to be qualification, uncovering pain, creating that gap between their current state and what we solve for, before passing it to the AEs.”
Because the workflow is fast and intuitive, he can move immediately when new opportunities arise.
“It really helps me get into my workflow as fast as possible. Time is money, and when a new list comes in, I just import it and start calling right away.”
This speed makes outbound execution feel fluid instead of forced.
Why Salesfinity
For Eduard, Salesfinity stands out because of how complete and intuitive it feels from day one.
“I see Salesfinity kind of like an Apple product. It’s super streamlined and simplified. Everything is set up so you can get right down to work without looking around.”
Rather than overwhelming reps with complexity, the platform delivers exactly what’s needed to execute.
“It has everything I need, all the tools and bells and whistles I require, and it’s all very neatly set up.”
For teams playing a volume-based outbound game, the value is clear.
“If you have a large ICP and a lot of people to reach out to, without a parallel dialer it would be extremely time-consuming and difficult. Calling multiple people at once levels up the numbers, and the meetings follow.”
Who it’s for
Eduard recommends Salesfinity for teams with large addressable markets and a phone-first outbound strategy, especially when local presence matters.
“If you have a very large ICP and giant lists of people to contact, and you’re playing the numbers game, Salesfinity is definitely the tool for calls. You don’t want to call someone in Florida from a Washington or Canadian number, and having local numbers really helps with connection rates.”
