Google Analytics
Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion pull website traffic and conversion reports from your Google Analytics property on request.
What the Google Analytics integration does
Salesfinity's Google Analytics integration lets the AI Companion run reports against your GA4 property and answer questions about website traffic, sources, and conversions. It is connected through Composio at the assistant level, so reports run when you ask for them and not on a schedule. It covers website analytics only: anything about calls, connect rates, or rep performance comes from Salesfinity's own reporting, not from Google Analytics.
Reports the Companion can run
Pull sessions, users, and pageviews for a date range
Break traffic down by channel, source, medium, or campaign
Report on conversion events configured in your GA4 property
Compare two periods and describe what changed
List the properties your connected Google account can access
Common use cases
Timing outbound around a marketing push
Marketing runs a campaign and traffic spikes. Ask the Companion which channels and campaigns drove that traffic, and use the answer to decide when to load the associated list into the dialer while interest is still fresh.
Checking whether an account segment is showing up at all
Before spending a dialing block on a segment, ask the Companion how much traffic that campaign or landing page has produced recently. Low numbers tell you the top of funnel is thin, which is worth knowing before you blame the list or the script.
How to connect Google Analytics to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.
Find Google Analytics among the Composio-connected apps and select Connect.
Sign in with the Google account that has access to the GA4 property and grant read permissions.
Confirm the connection returns to Salesfinity and shows as active.
Ask the AI Companion to list your available properties and pick the one you want to report on.
Frequently asked questions
Does Google Analytics show my Salesfinity calling data?
No. Salesfinity does not send call events to Google Analytics. Call volume, connect rates, dispositions, and AI call scores are reported inside Salesfinity itself.
Does the Google Analytics integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. Google Analytics reports on aggregated website behavior and does not provide contact records. To build a calling list, use a native CRM integration, a CSV import, or List Builder.
Can the Companion change my GA4 configuration?
No. This connection is for reading reports. It does not create properties, edit conversion events, or modify your analytics setup.
Does it support Universal Analytics?
Reporting is built around GA4 properties, which is what Google supports today. Historical Universal Analytics data is not available through this connection.
