Salesfinity's Greenhouse integration lets the AI Companion read your Greenhouse jobs, candidates, applications, and stages, and add notes to candidate records when you ask. It is connected through Composio at the assistant level, which suits recruiting teams that use Salesfinity's parallel dialer to reach candidates at volume and keep Greenhouse as the system of record.

Logging the outcome of a screening call

A recruiter runs a dialing block through Salesfinity to reach candidates who applied this week. After a conversation, ask the Companion to draft a note from the call and add it to that candidate in Greenhouse, then approve the wording so the record reflects what was actually said.

Deciding who to call next from a stalled pipeline

Ask the Companion which candidates for a role have been sitting in the screening stage without contact. That list tells the recruiter exactly who to work in the next session, instead of scrolling the pipeline manually.

Preparing before a candidate callback

Before returning a call, ask the Companion for the candidate's application history and any interviewer notes so far. The recruiter picks up the thread instead of asking questions the candidate already answered.

How to connect Greenhouse to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select Greenhouse from the Composio-connected apps.

3. Paste a Greenhouse Harvest API key with the permissions you want to grant.

4. Save the connection and confirm it shows as active.

5. Ask the AI Companion to list your open jobs to verify access.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Greenhouse integration import candidates into a Salesfinity calling list?

No. It does not sync records or build calling lists automatically. The Companion can look candidates up and show them to you on request. To load candidates into the dialer, export from Greenhouse and import a CSV into Salesfinity.

Are screening calls logged to Greenhouse automatically?

No. There is no automatic call activity write-back. The Companion can draft a note from a call and add it to a candidate record after you approve it.

Can it move a candidate to the next stage?

Stage changes depend on what the Greenhouse API and your API key permissions allow, and any such change would require your approval first. Most teams keep stage progression in Greenhouse itself.

Does Salesfinity work for recruiting teams generally?

Yes. Parallel dialing, call recording and transcription, and dispositions apply to candidate outreach the same way they apply to sales outreach, and this integration lets the Companion reference Greenhouse context while you do it.
