Mixpanel
Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion query your Mixpanel project and answer questions about product events, funnels, and user profiles.
What the Mixpanel integration does
Salesfinity's Mixpanel integration lets the AI Companion query your Mixpanel project and answer questions about events, funnels, and user profiles in plain language. The connection runs through Composio at the assistant level and executes queries only when you ask. It covers product and marketing analytics; it does not report on phone activity, which lives in Salesfinity's own call analytics and AI call scoring.
Querying your project
Run event queries over a date range and return totals or breakdowns
Look up a user profile and their recent event history
Retrieve funnel results for a funnel defined in your project
List the events and properties available so you can ask a sharper question
Any request that would create or modify something in Mixpanel, such as writing profile properties, requires your approval first.
Common use cases
Building a call list around a specific in-product behavior
Ask the Companion which accounts hit a particular event in the last two weeks, then use that answer to decide which existing contacts to prioritize in the dialer. The behavior gives the rep a concrete reason for the call.
Understanding why an account went quiet
A previously engaged account stopped replying. Ask the Companion to check their recent Mixpanel activity, and a drop to zero events tells the rep something different than steady usage would, which changes how the next call opens.
How to connect Mixpanel to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Mixpanel to see my team's call metrics?
No. Mixpanel does not receive Salesfinity call data. Connect rates, dispositions, and call scoring are reported inside Salesfinity, and the Companion answers those questions from Salesfinity's own analytics.
Does the Mixpanel integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. It is assistant-level and does not import records. Contacts for dialing come from a native CRM integration, a CSV upload, or List Builder.
Does the Companion need write access to Mixpanel?
No. Most useful requests are read-only queries. If you do ask for a write, such as updating a profile property, it is shown for approval before it runs.
