FAQ
Pricing questions, answered
Licenses, Ari, volume pricing and switching, in plain words.
What’s the difference between Gold and Enterprise?
Gold is calling: the parallel dialer, the virtual salesfloor, call scoring and practice calls. Add the AI Sequencer for $60 a license. Enterprise includes the Sequencer, 200 mobiles a license a month, Ari with $20 of work a month, AI list building and Live Assist, for $50 more than Gold.
How is Ari priced?
By use. Every Enterprise license includes $20 of Ari work a month; on Gold, Ari is by use from the first credit. Credits are $0.01 each, in packs that never expire.
Can we buy without talking to sales?
Yes, up to 5 licenses: pay by card and start today. From 6 licenses you get a volume price below list, so book a 30-minute demo and your price follows within a day.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, from 6 licenses on an annual plan. You never pay more than list: $299 a license for Enterprise, $249 for Gold. Book a 30-minute demo and your price follows within a day.
We’re under contract with another tool. Can we switch now?
Often, yes. We buy out contracts for teams that qualify, so you don’t pay for two tools. Book a 30-minute demo and bring the contract; we’ll tell you on the call.
Can we pay month to month?
On Gold, yes: $299 a license, with 30 days’ notice. Enterprise is a 12-month plan at $299 a license a month. Annual Gold is $249 and locks your price.
Does calling outside North America cost extra?
Dialing the US and Canada is included, unlimited within fair use. Calling 120+ other countries is $50 more a license a month.
What happens when we reach our Ari budget?
Ari stops and asks an admin. Raise the budget, buy a pack, or wait for next month. Extra mobile numbers are $0.30 each.
Does Ari ever contact prospects on its own?
Not by default. Research, drafts, notes, lists and call tasks run on their own. Anything that reaches a prospect, like an email, a message or a sequence enrollment, waits for your OK, and so does any CRM update. You can let a job do more, and admins set the rules for the whole team.
